The activities of the company consist of the reclamation of used and redundant metals. The metals dealt with include ferrous, such as iron and steel, non-ferrous, such as copper, brass, aluminium, lead and zinc, as well as the alloys of all these metals, together with nickel items, such as stainless steel.

Reclamation is of great importance in the recycling system, since it forms the initial stage of the environmental loop. It comprises collection, dismantling, sorting, processing and upgrading in order to render the various metal types suitable for re-melting. These metals can then be fed back into the manufacturing process.
