Epiphaniou Scrap Metals is dealing with the collection, processing, and exporting of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals. Established in 1967, the company operates through its two scrap yards, located in the two main cities of the island, these being Nicosia and Limassol. Since its establishment the company has enjoyed rapid growth, which placed it at the forefront of the market. In 1994, the company was awarded “The Cyprus Export Award for Industry” by the Cyprus Ministry of Commerce, and by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry. For the year 2000, the exports from Cyprus reached 30,000 MT of ferrous and 3,500 MT of non-ferrous metals.

 For the same year, the total quantity traded through triangular trade activities reached 80,000 MT of ferrous and 6,500 MT of non-ferrous metals. Epiphaniou Scrap Metals is a Gold member of the Bureau of International Recycling (BIR).
